You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date unfortunately cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included
- You have your order number or proof of purchase
β When Can You Request a Return or Refund?
You can request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged product β The item arrived broken, cracked, or physically damaged.
- You received a defective product β The product does not work properly or has a manufacturing fault.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging, so our team can quickly verify your claim.
β When Returns Are Not Accepted
To keep things fair for everyone, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the order
- The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way
- The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
- The product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed
π How to Request a Return or Refund
Requesting a return is simple:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Share your order number and the reason for the return.
- Attach photos or a video of the product showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm if it is approved.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or return instructions for the product.
π° Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within a few working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders), depending on what is convenient for you.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please share your bank account details so we can process your refund smoothly.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time after approval, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
π Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, a different size, color, or model), let us know when you contact support. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.

- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), PakZone will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, which will be clearly communicated before pickup.
